Account Registration

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• Notifying wtc888 promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• Ensuring that all contact information associated with your Account remains current and accurate at all times.

wtc888 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided during or after registration and to suspend or close any Account where false, misleading, or unverifiable information has been submitted.

Identity Verification (KYC)

wtc888 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for all Members. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request can be processed and may be required at any other point at wtc888's sole discretion for fraud prevention, account security, or regulatory compliance purposes.

The following documents are typically required to complete KYC:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of a valid Malaysian government-issued identity document — MyKad (NRIC), Passport, or Malaysian Driver's Licence — showing your full legal name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or telecommunications invoice dated within the last three (3) months, clearly showing your name and current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document, taken in good lighting with your face and all four corners of the document visible.
• Payment Method Verification: Proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet account showing your registered name and account number).

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period after request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges. Deposits & Payments

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction.

Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawals of real-money Funds from their Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Member's own legal name.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to Account tier limits, as communicated in the Platform's withdrawal interface.
• KYC requirement: All first-time withdrawals require completed and approved KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to additional verification at wtc888's discretion.
• Wagering requirements: Any Funds derived from a Bonus must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn.

Bonuses & Promotions

wtc888 offers various promotional bonuses to Members, including but not limited to the 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

1. Welcome Bonus: The 288% Welcome Bonus is available to new Members on their first qualifying deposit. The maximum bonus amount is MYR 2,880. The bonus is credited automatically upon deposit and activates immediately.
2. Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements as specified on the applicable promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
3. Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently towards meeting wagering requirements. Gameplay & Fair Use

By placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:

Prohibited Activities

• Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in any manner not intended for human users.

Account Suspension & Closure

wtc888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Member's identity, age, or the source of their funds cannot be verified to wtc888's satisfaction.
• The Account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, reputational, or security risk to wtc888 or other Members.
• The Member is subject to a self-exclusion order or mandatory exclusion from gambling services.

Members who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting wtc888 support. Any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method following satisfactory KYC verification.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wtc888 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through your use of the Platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any game.
